Premier Advisor
A Simply Accounting Premier Advisor uses Simply Accounting when supporting their bookkeeping and/or accounting clients. Our Simply Accounting Premier Advisors’ experience and knowledge can vary greatly as there are no training, exam or conference requirements at the Premier Advisor level. However, many of the Premier Advisors have taken training sessions and have attended our annual Simply Partnership consultants’ conference to meet the needs of their clients better. As a result, a vast number of our Simply Accounting Premier Advisors are able to assist our end users beyond the basic level.
Bronze Profile
A Simply Accounting Bronze Certified Consultant typically has excellent knowledge of Simply Accounting and can easily support their clients with any of their Simply Accounting product needs. They are committed to ongoing educational opportunities and use, support and understand the most current version of Simply Accounting and have taken an exam to prove their product knowledge. Bronze Certified Consultants are encouraged (but not required) to attend the Simply Partnership consultants’ conference at least every second year (at a minimum) and are required to take training on the new features in each new product release and write a brief exam on the same.
Gold Profile
A Simply Accounting Gold Certified Consultant has excellent knowledge of Simply Accounting and can support their clients with any of their Simply Accounting product requirements. Gold Consultants have taken a three day training course either online or at a Sage corporate office. They are committed to ongoing educational opportunities and use, support and understand the most current version of Simply Accounting and have taken an exam to prove their product knowledge. Gold Certified Consultants also commit to attend the Simply Partnership consultants’ conference at least every second year and are required to take training on the new features in each new product release and write a brief exam on the same.
Platinum Profile
A Simply Accounting Platinum Certified Consultant has outstanding knowledge of Simply Accounting, is well versed in other Sage products including Simply Accounting add-on products and mid-market solutions, and can assess and support their clients with any of their Simply Accounting or Sage product requirements. In addition to attending all of the Gold training and achieving their Gold status as a pre-requisite to Platinum, Platinum Consultants have taken six online training courses through Sage and are committed to ongoing educational opportunities. They use, support and understand the most current version of Simply Accounting, have taken multiple exams to prove their product knowledge, attend the Simply Partnership consultants’ conference every year, are required to take training on the new features in each new product release and write a brief exam on the same.
